Clare
With a coastline that stretches over 40 kilometers, the Baie Sainte-Marie region represents today the largest Acadian region in terms of geographic area.
Within this significant region is found, at Pointe-de-l’Église, the main campus ad head office of Université Sainte-Anne, as well as the tallest wooden building in North America, the Sainte-Marie Church.
These Acadian keystones are complemented by the region’s other attractions such as numerous art galleries, Musique de la Baie, the Festival de la parole and other summer and fall Acadian festivals, plus the community radio voice of CIFA.
Whether you love seafood and fish, forests and beaches or the surf and cycling, Baie Sainte-Marie will welcome you with open arms.
